We cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access the website; this website is made available on the basis that we are excluded, to the extent permitted by law, from all liability for any loss or damage however it arises out of the use of this website or reliance on its content.

We will not share your details with third party organisations. The information that you give and that we obtain through you using this website may be used by this Company (sparkipuss) and by other companies in the same group ("Group Companies") for purposes in connection with your use of this website and other websites operated by Group Companies and also for marketing activities of this Company and other Companies in that Group. Our contract and product availability
A contract for us to supply you with goods or services will only be created when we accept your order (which we may do in writing, by email or by fulfilling that order). Goods and services advertised on this website may not actually be available when you place your order as we reserve the right to withdraw services at any time. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
We will endeavour to deliver goods and provide services on the basis and in accordance with the timescales mentioned on this site but we will have no liability if we are delayed in or prevented from providing the goods/services by factors beyond our control.

Credit/debit card security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers remain encrypted until they reach the secure servers of our payment processing agents. We do not retain credit card details on our computers. Where an order is place over the phone and credit/debit card details are taken, all records of card details are shredded as soon as the transaction has been authorised.

Retail returns
By law, retail customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.
If you take delivery of a sparkipuss package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.

Customs
When ordering goods from sparkipuss.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from sparkipuss.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
